What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Under FAT32, u can name the WBFS folder in all CAPS and all lowercase and it
will find your games.
2. Under NTFS, if u use WBFS, it will tell you there aren't any games, and u
need to rename to wbfs.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it will tell you it can't find any games, when there should be 145.

What version of the loader are you using?
v68d

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.3U

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
USB HDD Seagate FreeAgent Go 500GB

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
NTFS

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)
248, Base 56, tried Wan Rev21, and Rev21 D2X V4 Beta3

Does it work with other loaders?
unsure. CFG is my heart n soul

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
no

Please provide any additional information below.

Yes ntfs is case sensitive. Just use the low-case wbfs dir name and it's solved.
Also all other /usb-loader files and dirs have to be lowcase, except where
there is a gameid which has to be upper case (covers, etc...)
