d2x v4 block the download cover and Wii!!!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install cIOS of Waninkoko rev21 d2x v4
2. Download All Cover
3. Block Wii

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expeted download cover, but the wii is blocked.

What version of the loader are you using?
68a3, 68a2, 68d

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.2E

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
HDD

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
NTFS

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)
249

Does it work with other loaders?
I don't try this

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
yes

Please provide any additional information below.
With the d2x v3 the problem disappear.
