What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We Dare Game

What version of the loader are you using?
v69a4

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.2E

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
HDD or DVD

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
NTFS

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)

Does it work with other loaders?
Yes, Mighty Loader, but only with WBFS HDD

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
No

In the Changelog of v69a4:
* Fixed We Dare (thanks airline38 and WiiPower)

its only for WBFS HDD?

It has been reported to work also on NTFS.
Can you try d2x-v5 and cfg 69a5?

I've tried to play the game with cIOSX 249[57] and 250[56] d2x v5 and cfg 69a5 
with USB-HDD format to NTFS but doesn't work and a Black Screen Of Death appear.

But me i used cIOSX 249[56] and 250[57] and not cIOSX 249[57] and 250[56] like 
you.
Try another dump of the game too...

try d2x v6 b1.
i think they fix some sort of problem where you could only do such things on 
WBFS. now it works on all file system.

I try d2x v6 b1 on NTFS USB-HDD with my backup and cIOS 249[56] and cIOS 
250[57] but doesn't work again.

I try to block reload IOS, but doesn't work too.

I try to load it with a USB-Key in WBFS with cIOS 249[56]  and cIOS 250[57] d2x 
v6 Beta1 and doesn't work again.

Which settings of CFG must I have to load this game?

The backup works with Mighty Loader on my WBFS USB-Key.

It's the original settings of CFG for me, i have hack a new wii and try this 
game and it's OK too... Do you use Pimp My Wii for hack your wii ? The last 
version ? If not, try pimp my wii and then cIOSX 249[57] and 250[56] d2x v5 or 
v6...
For me, very not problem on 2 wii... Try another version of the game, maybe 
your dump is wrong...

I've a Wii with FW 4.2E and PimpMyWii tell me "Update IO70 to v6912". I can not 
upgrade that IOS because I have firmware 4.2E. All the other IOS are OK.

Your Wii have a 4.3 firmware right? So on 4.2 don't work because is not 4.3?

Yes, I install WAD of the cIOSX rev21 d2x v6 Beta1 with MMM, but with the 
IOS236 based on IOS36.

Yes, I use PimpMyWii 2.22 and ask me to upgrade IOS70 to v6912 Stub.

All the other IOS are at latest version, but the game doesn't work.

Can you post here your Syscheck and config.txt of CFG?
