We Dare works with Neogamma R9 Beta50 and not with CFG Usb Loader v69c. What's wrong?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play DVD with Neogamma R9 Beta50 on cIOSX Waninkoko rev21 d2x v6 final. It's 
all OK.
2. Play DVD with CFG Usb Loader v69c on the same cIOSX: Black Screen and Block 
Wii
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the loader are you using? 69c, the last one

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)? 4.2E

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)? DVD

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)? 249 (and 250 
too on CFG)
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)

Does it work with other loaders? Yes, Neogamma R9 Beta50 on the cIOSX 249 rev21

hmm, try 69, works fine here as long as you keep the language to the 
default.....do not change to Spanish, French, German, etc....or English for 
that matter in the options....it will freeze at the menu, just leave the 
options at default and will work in 69 as long as you got a good dump, I've 
tried it and confirmed by others...
