Support for more cIOS slots #156

Could support be added to select IOS slots of a larger range, or perhaps have a 
free-input option (if nothing else, users could enter a number in the GUI, or 
write it in the CFG and the Wii GUI wouldn't change it)? I like to install all 
bases covered by d2x/Waninkoko installer offers in different slots, so I have 
slots 242-253 all taken by different cIOS variations. It would be helpful to 
have a larger selection, particularly when I'm trying to get touchy games and 
features to work.

i don't think this is really needed, usually 2 or 3 slots are enough...
