Issues with "SetWBFS: -3" error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load using IOS 224 mload due to mic. incompatibility
2. attempt to launch the game
3. error duplicates with ANY installed IOS

     What is the expected output?
loading of the game

     What do you see instead?
SingItStar Queen

ID mismatch: [SISQ3Q] [%*<y**]
     (Asterisks are a solid sqaure, inverted exclamation mark and what can best be described as an upside down 2 respectively)

press A button and get: 
Error: setwbfs: -3
press any button to exit...

any button press resets the WII

What version of the loader are you using?
USB Loader v69a

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
ver. 4.3U

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
500 GB W.D. My Passport, fully erased and reformatted as fat32 with a wbfs 
folder in which all games are stored

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
fat32

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)
Not sure how to gather that information if different from the IOS used ny USB 
Loader to load the game.  As stated above the problem persists with all 
installed IOS's

Does it work with other loaders?
Do not have any other loaders

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
  latest version: 70b6
wbfs error:not a wii disc followed by above error
  older version:  68
same error as version 69a

Please provide any additional information below.

probably a bad game image try installing again.
does it work with other games and ios 224?
does it work with ios 249?

I have the following IOS's available; 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, 250, 222-mload, 
223-mload, 224-mload, 222-yal, 223-yal.

the "yal" IOS's both give:

IOS(22n) yal ....
set frag: -128
error: setWBFS: -128
press any button to exit...

Since updating my loader to v.70, all IOS's Give the message: "WBFS error: not 
a wii disc"  so I think you are probably right abou the bad game image.  I will 
try to recreate the image and see if that fixes the problem, but if anybody 
knows that the error messages: error: setwbfs: -3, and error: setwbfs: -128 are 
trying to tell me, I would greatly appreciate it as it might save me some time 
if I ever encounter them again.
