Feature Request - Seperate folder for coverfullhq and seperate type and folder for disccustom #179

When a game has a custom disc graphic then later a real graphic is added there 
is no way currently to choose the real one over the custom graphic if they are 
in separate folders and have a separate enum in code

As for the HQ covers they are already separated in code they should be placed 
in a separate folder so we can change between using HQ and FULL on the cover 
screen and it would actually mean something additionally we could just use the 
low res and disable HQ if we have size constraints on the SD card?

if you could make the cache separate out FULL and HQ and then just add a 
FULL_OR_HQ option so people have the choice of just using HQ or just using FULL 
so can you set FULL or set HQ or if i want both where it uses HQ first and FULL 
if HQ is not present i set HQ_OR_FULL

if you could make the cache separate out DISC and DISC_CUSTOM and then just add 
a DISC_OR_DISC_CUSTOM option so people have the choice of just using DISC or 
just using DISC_CUSTOM  so can you set DISC or set DISC_CUSTOM or if i want 
both where it uses disc first and custom if disc is not present i set 
DISC_OR_DISC_CUSTOM

i am aware this may lead to a larger amount of ? unknown covers but this is 
what i want from this program and i am still under the impression it is the 
most configurable but still has room for some new and better configuration and 
options for the user to have more control on how the program behaves

stick to the Configurable part and keep this program as the best loader there 
is hopefully you guys listen to my feature requests, bug reports and ideas and 
don't just throw them out because you don't feel like it or you just don't want 
to do it or you feel the change would be too much work.

i really love this loader and want it to be all it can be for me and everyone 
else :)

Have Only 2 Folders in Root - Covers/, Covers_Custom/
Covers/2D
Covers/3D
Covers/CD -> Disc
Covers/SQ -> Full Standard Quality
Covers/HQ -> Full High Quality

Covers_Custom/2D
Covers_Custom/3D
Covers_Custom/CD
Covers_Custom/SQ
Covers_Custom/HQ
