In last beta 57b5 cheat codes are gray for all games that I've tested

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to activate cheat in Doraemon [REMJ8P] (works in 57b4) and can't
activate it 'cause they are in gray and not in white
2. Problem don't solve re-downloading cheat codes, problem solving only
with downgrade to 57b4 again
3. I've later tested on other games and always the same, as far as I know,
in 57b5 cheats are disabled for all games that I've tested (a lot of them)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected cheat are selectable and working, they aren't in last beta (at
least in the -222 version)

What version of the loader are you using?
57b5-222

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
3.2E with a lot of hacks see my full description in issue #56

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
HDD 2 TB by Western Digital see my full description in issue #56

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
NTFS and other see my full description in issue #56

Which cios are you using and which version (222, 249v??)?
222 Hermes v4 but it's the same with 249 Waninkoko v19

Please provide any additional information below.

Updated to 4.2E (with Dop-Mii, not with officiale Nintendo updater) but don't 
solve
