Madden NFL 08 (PAL) don't work

(it's reported working on usb loader gx, I don't have tested it personally on 
GX but it's suggested to use the alt .dol on disc itself, same as FIFA 08 and 
NBA 08)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to load Madden NFL 08
2. With the alternative .dol -> CODE DUMP
3. Without the alternative .dol -> black screen
I've tested on various configurations, without benefits.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the game work

What version of the loader are you using?
57b6-222

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
3.2E (4.2E downgraded)

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
HDD

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
NTFS

Which cios are you using and which version (222, 249v??)?
222-223 Hermes v4
249 Waninkoko v19
