Support NCARD API in CFG Loader #73

Please consider this a request, and not an issue.

The NCARD is a website that let Wii users to have something similar to the 
XBOX360 Gamertag, that creates auto-updateable images that can be used in 
forums and etc, that shows the last played games.

The NCARD developer released a public API to enable integration in other 
homebrew applications.

I think that it would be a nice addition to the CFG Loader!
