Launch wii channels copied to SD card #384

Add to the current functionality of launch Wii channels and support launch Wii 
channels that are found on the SD card.

You can now launch Wii channels from the SD card via the Wii menu.  It would be 
nice to be able to do the same from WiiFlow.
