Patch for /stylesheets/toc2.css #8

I suggest making the background white because if a large image (for example) in 
the main document creates an horizontal scrollbar, scrolling the main document 
on the right will show up the left-most test and pictures mixed up with the toc 
text.

At least on Firefox, but I suppose it's a standard to assume the background is 
transparent by default.
