A small, but growing collection of animated spells for use with various VTT's in the top-down/overhead perspective. All files are in transparent webm format. The various "fire bolt" effects (in /spell-effects/blasts/firebolt-*.webm) are rectangular, but the actual visual effect only takes up the middle third of the space given. This creates a sizable empty space at either end; if used with a Ray template, this would cause the actual visual effect appear far away from the origin, and terminate short of the end-point.
