Does leptonica have a Blur function? #59

I know it's not the place to ask questions here, but I coundn't find a better 
place to do so, please correct me if there is a leptonica forum.
My question is: is there an api to perform blur (Gaussian or any other) on an 
image?

leptonica has many different "blur" functions.

See convolve.c and kernel.c.
