How to install and integrate leptonica with tesseract OCR on windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have installed tesseract on windows to read tiff file text content
2. when I run the tesseract through command line I get below error

Cannot open input file: 700466293_00000001.tif

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

It likely can't find the tiff file.

Thank you for your value efforts. Actually I had given wrong tif name it worked 
for me after giving correct tif name. I have installed exe file for windows, is 
there any jar for java program. What I did currently is I am calling command 
prompt using java program. Is there any jar file for java?
