does not do anything #550

On Win XP I used the following commands but none of them creates *any* output. 
Windows just prints out another command prompt in console, that's it.

tesseract
tesseract black.tif
tesseract black.tif black.txt
tesseract black.tif black
tesseract -help
tesseract -?
tesseract --help

I'm using latest tesseract (3.0) and .tif file is located in the tesseract 
folder.
