parsing IE9 UA string #206

The new IE9 platform preview just came out. I ran it through the tests in
Browserscope. When I'm done and see how my results compared to the prior
results, my row is labeled "IE 9.0". 

Is this what we want? I see other rows called "IE 9" and "IE Platform
Preview". Seems like my results should be compared to "IE Platform
Preview", or if it's compared to "IE 9" then we should get rid of the "IE
Platform Preview" row.
