I have a MacBookPro late 2014. BigSur is supported on that Mac. I am using excellent Lunar app to control the brightness of my external monitor. However, it seems that brightness notifications are broken on my Mac. Not sure if its some type of software issue. Do you think it would help to apply https://github.com/jacklukem/BigSurfixes/blob/master/BigSur%2019H2%20patched%20CoreBrightness.zip on my system?
