This also includes API and unit tests.
To merge the solution, push to a branch that you make for the issue and create a PR.
Make sure that you list EVERYONE on the team for the reviewers and that they approve it
BEFORE you merge your branch.
You should be able to SEE a rubric on the front end and manipulate it.
