Please review and comment on each commit. Things done:

Commented out entity annotation for Models that don't have repositories yet. (Will uncomment them once the repositories are created)
Removed mySql properties as we don't need them anymore
Moved classes into 'springboot' folder which solved the bean issues
Created home page name 'jorahome' as well as a HomeController for loading the home page

Looks good to me; however, I just want to know if Riley's suggestion is being implemented or just being left as a suggestion
