Not expecting to make any 'final versions' at this point, but should start sketching to explore art styles, multiple expressions, composition/framing, etc. this may spin out into a larger 'character index' stream of work, but this ticket is just to start on some standardized test portraits for core NPCs.

px dimensions
format (probably going to be png)
which expressions and how many of them
animation?
just headshot thumbnails vs larger 'scene shots', or a combo of both
