ui: reimport/organize font files #140

Doing a lot of ui work lately, so it'd be good to have at least a working placeholder font family. Right now there are fonts in the codebase but their use in the theme and elsewhere is messy; should reimport, resave as needed, put in logical places and update the theme at least.

May still need to update some files but this is done enough to close.
