Build a customer parser to render markdown-like syntax into XML for comments

Requirements:

• Users can draft comments which refer to other resources by using square brackets around strings, e.g. [text]
• Users can specify which resources a link will refer to by indicating in round brackets after the square brackets, e.g. [text](reference)
• Custom classes can be added to text with curly brackets ending with a hash and the class name, e.g. {text#latin}
• Links can be square and curly bracketed, e.g. [{text#latin}](reference)
