[x] In the previous model, I was just inputting an arbitrary initial population size (800k) that then grew over time. As now I have the population of Kenya, I should adjust the results so that they are representative of the population i.e. multiply by sizeAdjustment

[x] ImmediateArt cost is < Baseline cost WHY!?

Interesting Observation

ImmediateArt is cheaper than Baseline as we AVOID all pre-ART clinic visit costs.

You can build it back to up baseline by applying: 1. PreArtClinicVisitCost for Cd4Test 2. Cd4TestCost 3. PreArtCd4TestResultClinicVisitCost

This should be applied to VctHivTest and PictHivTest Might be worth pulling together some diagrams of how this works, like below... screen shot 2014-11-26 at 17 44 57
