Everynow and then I get an odd result and Prevelance among women in 2007 looks like this. No other indicators of misbehaviour in the model... screen shot 2014-11-28 at 14 47 47

Doesn't happen if I use sizeAdjustment = 10

Something about running with sizeAdjustment = 5 made it screw up?

Appears to be a cluster issue only when sizeAdjustment = 5, so using 10.
