model will be in the form of the syntax used by odin
Will need to have the app pause until the model is entered, then clicking 'run' will push to odin, to compile, run and generate output.
shinyjs::runcodeUI is the answer? example

I think the solution is the Ace Text Editor and shinyAce
Whole text editor type interface that can be used to evaluate model in real-time
Include on LHS of page or in modal?

Eventually I will need a dynamic means of creating parameter well panels, and checkbox inputs.
Perhaps I can enforce a few function calls to define initial and parameter for the user
