new spots not appearing #109

I added some new games/spots through the backend, and they are appearing on the map in the admin app, but they do not appear in my spot list, even though I'm close enough to the spot.

(Game #27 - Santa Monica and #26 - NYC )

Turns out we are limiting our SQL before we are sorting it. I'm refactoring the model/controller code appropriately.

fix was in API, thus already deployed.
