When I start up the app
Then initially there are no spots in the spot list
And I just see "Fetching latest spots..."
But I also so "I know where it is!"
Which doesn't make since until after the spots have loaded.
Instead, the "I know where it is!" button should be hidden until the spots are displayed.
I don't think we should hide the button every time the spots are refreshed, e.g. if the spots have loaded once, and then button displays, if I pull-down-to-refresh the spots list, the button should stay visible... I think. What do you think?
