When i run test-aqr-be.tcl for DL, packets are sent by the wired node, recived 
by base station, base station sent them but no trace for wireless node to 
receive it. If i run the test-arq-dl.tcl from wimax directory, all packets drop 
due to IFQ.

The test-aqr-be.tcl scenario is outdate. I will remove it, from the respository.
