Create a new screen which allow users to select a parking location and being a parking session.

Screen Elements

• [ ] Map: Current location and surround parking locations
• [ ] [optional] Input [select]: Credit card to use (if multiple are allowed and main card not set)
• [ ] Info Box: Name of selected car park
• [x] Info Box: Parking rate of selected car park
• [ ] Info Box: Parking time limit of selected car park
• [x] Button: Begin parking session
