7 Users can input exercise

5 Users can access a static list of exercises

Work Completed

Added new lambda functions to handle:

Creating exercise in the DB
Calling the exercises db to get exercises
Updated the FE to submit to the APIs
Updated the FE to call APIs for exercises

Still to do:

Update unit tests
Refresh of exercise table when a user has added exercise
