Remove TIM components #5

Remove all TIM AdminTemplate components and relpace them with own implementations.

This is the first step to migrate away from the TIM AdminTemplate package.

Next steps are:

~~replace TIM layouts~~
~~replace TIM react router config~~
~~replace TIM css~~
setup clean react project and migrate app
