The package is outdated, the XINA's repo also does not work. How we can update this package to the the latest version?!

Ensure you are using the beta4 of Sileo. Uninstalling and installing prior, you are able to install rocketbootstrap without base structures being removed.

The repo should be working now, just install the RocketBootstrap and it'll delete the old version of RocketBootstrap (if it's installed) and then install for you.
