This pull request is meant to update/fix some issues in the .md's, add any missing information that weren't in the .md's originally, and also change any text/lines that were un-needed or needed.
For example:
Things like the "INSTALL.md" were updated because of the deleted preferenceloader from Xina's repo.
Things like the "FIXES.md" were updated because of bad grammar, mistakes in the fixes, or others. Also fixes were added.
Things like the "SUPPORTED.md" were slightly changed for better clarification.
Things like the "WARNINGS.md" were changed for better looks, information and clarification.
There is probably a bit more, but they are so minor that I'm not listing them here.
