This is a pretty self-explanatory Pull Request:

Updated the README.md with new screenshots
Added a new "fix" for the environment warning in v1.1.7.1
Updated .md's like the .INSTALL.md or .UPDATE.md to have a capitalized "O" in "openJailbreak"
