There’s currently an issue when using this addon with Statamic 3.3.18+ due to a change in one of the user classes.

The fix for this will be released next week.

In the meantime you can either:

Remain on 3.3.17 until the fix is released
Apply the fix from https://github.com/jacksleight/statamic-memberbox/pull/13 using a composer patch
