Created Danish translation #19

This is the Danish translation.

the /views/web/ *.antlers.html contains hardcoded text, but if you change that, let me know I and I will update the translation.

Added a new file messages.php to the resources/lang/da folder
Added translations for member_intro, member_wizard_intro, etc...
Created another new file permissions.php in the same directory as above and added some translation strings there too

Thanks for the CP translations!

The /views/web/*.antlers.html files are really just starter templates/stubs, to be copied and then adapted to your specific needs (it's very unlikely they'd perfectly match your site design anyway), and the text is just there as a placeholder. For that reason Memberbox doesn't include proper frontend translations at the moment.

But I do like the idea of supporting them, I'll give it some thought.
