I think it'd be pretty awesome if you included a feature where users could select what version of the Bible (NIV, KJV, etc.) would be used. Thanks for this extension!

Hello and thank you for enjoying the extension!

Adding additional version and language support is definitely an idea I want implemented in the future. Right now, the extension is simply pulling data directly from YouVersion. The team at YouVersion recently began working on an official API that currently only supports four versions (KJV, ASV, RVES, and WEB). Hopefully in the future, this API will allow for a much wider range of versions and languages so they can be implemented easily.

I still love this idea, though, as it really expands the potential user-base in terms of additional language support. Without using the API, the different versions and languages would need to be hard-coded, but I certainly think it wouldn't hurt to still implement the most popular ones.
