It's an issue of the biblatex-mla package, on which mla13 depends. Here's where you might want to report the issue: https://github.com/jmclawson/biblatex-mla/issues
You might want to explain there why @misc
entries are important for your work; there are many different entrytypes that biblatex-mla doesn't support, but many of them might in fact be better defined by a different entrytype.
@jmclawson I need to cite articles and books that are not in print form. @article
and @book
apprend "Print." always. Specifically, I have some articles that I would like to cite as PDFs, and also an E-book.
