LaTeX Error: Missing \begin{document} #19

Using the example .tex I get the following from the latex compiler

! LaTeX Error: Missing \begin{document}.

See the LaTeX manual or LaTeX Companion for explanation. Type H for immediate help. ...

l.1 P ackage{mla13}

Clicking enter allows it to finish compiling but I am left with the following at the top of the document image

@TimZava do you still get the error after making sure everything is up to date? I've recently updated biblatex-mla, which mla13 uses under the hood, and these changes may have solved this problem for you (or perhaps not).
