Fixing while avoiding redefining the \bibhang length by setting the \parindent length before calling the biblatex package.

Oops, I'm sorry. I didn't realize kc9jud's change had already gone though. I submitted a pull request to suggest an edit to the edit; my change just makes the original pull request simpler, but it doesn't actually change any result in the output, so feel free to ignore it.
