Describe the issue

With the SoundPhysics mod, the 3D effect is distributed to music every other time, although it shouldn’t be at all, since it’s disabled in the configurations and everything works fine from ordinary vanilla minecraft records, but with the Etched mod every other time

I'm not entirely sure what this issue is. Can you give me more information about what etched is doing wrong/differently than vanilla records?

Music is not working properly. When the SoundPhysics mod is installed, if you turn on the music in buildings, then the player who approaches the building will have the music muffled, turning the music back on helps. Sometimes the music is included in the 3D effect, sometimes not. Works very incomprehensibly.
