No indication outside of log of lost connection. #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Successfully connecting to Icecast server and  then Icecast is shutdown
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Unlock the terminal when reconnect = no. Program instead appears to be running 
fine (without looking at the log) even though it is not connected anymore. This 
causes lots of confusion.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Darkice 1.1 on CentOS 6

Please provide any additional information below.
It would be awesome if darkice threw a connection error and then released the 
terminal process so that way a script can catch it without parsing the log 
continuously.

The program throws a buffer error but does not exit the event loop.
