how to use build script? #618

I am apologized for my noobness and thank you for your help

  1. I find that if I use go build and I can't get the react UI file
  2. When I calling build script I don't know what the ‘package’ parameter is

So I wonder the command lines that can help me get the binaries from source code

  1. maybe this part added below ‘quickstart’ is better
