The favicon URL seems to be missing from the Metadata type although it can be pushed in the metadata and it is tested

Edit: Resolves #63

I just realised there was already an issue created for this. This PR should address the problem OP mentioned here: https://github.com/jacktuck/unfurl/issues/63
