Dxtory won't show openencodevfw after format. #15

So I had this codec installed and it worked very well in both Dxtory and Afterburner (using Windows 8.1) But I had to format and now it seems impossible to use it. the installation process goes well without any errors, I have MSVC++ 2010 runtimes installed (both x86 and x64). Is there anything I can do to solve this issue?

Forgot to change it. You need VS2013 (or download older version from previous commit) http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
