Resolution dead end #1

Don't need to play with the resolution parameters any more. Looks like stepping by one day on the x-axis and 0.1 km on the y-axis is totally fine. Seems like "blurring" occurs regardless of the grid resolution due to the classifier being used.

Remove resolution parameters from pipeline.
