E-Valued ICD10 Codes Return Incorrect Desc or Character Length 0 within `explain_code()` #212

Perhaps I'm not utilizing the right arguments, or my issue is with the ICD code itself: Running explain_code("E78.5") with any array of additional arguments results in NA or character(0) Running explain_code("E11.9") results in "Other activity involving computer technology and electronic devices" which is "E011"
