qalaunch.sh incorrectly sources setenv.cmd

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Execute qalaunch.sh on a Linux machine

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You get the following output:

./setenv.cmd: line 1: @echo: command not found
./setenv.cmd: line 2: IF: command not found
./setenv.cmd: line 3: fg: no job control
jslibs %BUILD% environment set.
./qalaunch.sh: line 2: jshost: command not found

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I was using sources freshly checked out from jslibs-read-only on the
morning of Sept 15, 2008.  I was working under Ubuntu Linux 8.04. 

Please provide any additional information below.

The qalaunch.sh script should source setenv.sh, NOT setenv.cmd.
