5 sec. freeze

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. play a game, like "speedx 3d" or "link it"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the game ist freezing for 5 seconds. sometimes the cell phone restarts then.

What version of MiniCM you are using? On what device (mini, pro, x8)?
MiniCM6-1.0.0, but it happend also with previous versions.
i use a "mini"

What app(s) are involved in the problem?
i noticed it while playing games ("speedx 3d" or "link it")

Have you tried rebooting your device?
yes

What is the adb logcat output when the problem accurs (see:
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Logcat)

Please provide any additional information below.
it also happens if i dont overclock
i have a ext2-partition

This sounds like a background process / installed app might be causing this. I 
tried speedx 3d for quite a while without any issues.
